Rwanda

Rwanda is currently enjoying relative security and stability. But the country’s economic and social development still faces formidable obstacles. Rising costs of imported goods led to a sharp inflation at year’s end. For the 15th anniversary of the 1994 genocide, the country focused on fighting revisionism, while still coping with the re-integration of both victims and perpetrators.
