Rules:
Television to be picked up at the Chicago office of Concern Worldwide. Other prizes will be sent via mail. You may enter as often as you wish. Tickets will also be sold at the event. Raffle tickets may be paid with cash, Mastercard, Visa or American Express or check payable to Concern Worldwide. No portion of the purchase price of this raffle ticket is tax-deductible. Federal and State laws provide that the winner must pay all taxes on the value of the prizes, including income taxes. Concern Worldwide does not provide any guarantee, representation or warranty in connection with the any of the prizes. No prizes can be exchanged for cash. Mail-in entries must be received by February, 23, 2011. Concern Worldwide is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
