The 2012 Thanks-for-Giving Ball was held on Saturday, November 10th at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago. More than 200 guests enjoyed a night of delicious food and drinks, fun music provided by DJ Madrid, dancing, and an inspirational program.
This year’s event raised more than $54,000 for Concern’s most needed programs.
Guests were welcomed by event chairs Kathy McCauley, Molly McShane and Jeanne Wrenn. Concern Worldwide US Education Advisor Jenny Hobbs spoke about the importance of education and how your support will directly help children, especially girls, attend and continue school. The program included a first-time Fund-a-Need that successfully raised more than $20,000.
