Welcome to Global Concerns Project Teacher Resources.
In order to be active global citizens in an increasingly interdependent world, young people must be well-informed about international issues. The Global Concerns Project works directly with educators to “globalize” school curricula through a broad spectrum of classroom and extracurricular activities.
Our materials are designed to be adaptable for use in your classroom to meet the specific needs of your students, curricula, and subject area. Although educators across the country have implemented the materials across the curriculum, the materials are particularly relevant to national curriculum standards in the content areas of social studies, science, and English. Additionally, we encourage educators to use our materials in extra-curricular activities and non-traditional learning environments.
