Field Challenge Friday
Every other week, a Concern aid worker from the frontlines will share a personal story with you from some of the most remote communities in the world’s poorest countries, such as Democratic Republic of Congo, Cambodia, Sudan, Malawi, Rwanda and Nepal. They’ll share firsthand experiences and an inside view of what it’s like to work in the field.
For more than 40 years, Concern has been facing challenges on the frontlines in the world’s poorest countries. Concern field staff face very tough conditions in the fight to eradicate poverty. Now they are challenging you to join them for just five minutes on Fridays. If you SIGN UP, you’ll not only learn about the amazing communities with whom we work, but also about what inspires our staff and the challenges and obstacles they face every day. But that’s not all: when one of the Concern team sends you an update, he or she will also ask you to take on a small “challenge” to help Concern make a difference.

WHERE WE WORK
Concern works in 28 of the poorest countries worldwide in partnership with local organizations and people in their own communities. We have more than 3,600 workers in 28 countries in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.
Concern works to develop practical and lasting solutions to extreme poverty by focusing on the root causes. In the fields in which we work we run programs in livelihoods, education, health, HIV & AIDS and emergency response.
