Concern Worldwide U.S. will host its 10th Annual Concern Chicago Golf Outing presented by Collins Engineers and The McShane Companies on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at Harborside International Golf Center.

Funds raised will support Concern’s most needed programs in the areas of emergency response, education, livelihoods, health, and HIV and AIDS in 25 of the world’s poorest countries. Concern aims to respond efficiently and effectively to the needs of populations caught up in natural disasters and conflict-based emergencies, providing life-saving resources, including food, shelter, water and healthcare. Concern also works in partnership with local communities to enable them to manage their own development.
We are pleased to announce that Robert M. Fitzgerald is the 2012 Honorary Chair of the Golf Outing. Bob previously served as a member of Concern’s board of directors, and was instrumental in establishing the event. Under the leadership of event co-chairs Rich McMenamin and Steve Fitzgerald, it has not only raised significant funds for Concern, but has also forged strong and lasting friendships.
