On Monday, July 12th, you can help change the lives of the world’s most vulnerable people by joining us for the 17th Annual Aengus Finucane Memorial Golf Tournament at the stunning Woodway Country Club in Darien, CT, a renowned 18-hole championship golf course. Each year attendees can expect an exciting day on the links and the opportunity to help Concern raise critical funds for our life-saving programming around the world.
March 2021 marks 10 years of the Syrian conflict, and this year’s event is dedicated to standing in solidarity with displaced Syrians, bringing awareness to their stories. Concern has been responding to the crisis in Syria since 2013 and with the help of generous donors we have been able to deliver a multi-sectoral package of support that includes food, clean water, livelihoods and protection services. We look forward to coming together as a community to raise critical funds in support of Concern’s life-saving programs.
The health and wellbeing of our Concern community is our highest priority, and we have adapted this year’s event accordingly. The outing will strictly adhere to the Governor’s social distancing guidelines with extensive safety measures in place. We are also offering the option to participate in the tournament virtually at a course of your choosing. We welcome your support of the event in whichever way you feel most comfortable.
By participating in the annual golf outing, either on the golf course or virtually, you are joining a community of donors who believe in Concern’s proven approach to transform the lives of the world’s poorest people.
