NNPHL Online Course

The NNPHL partners — Concern Worldwide US, Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, and International Medical Corps — are excited to announce the launch of an innovative e-learning course that offers leadership training to humanitarians and all those passionate about humanitarian action. The NNPHL Online Course is open to all at no cost and marks the latest initiative by the NNPHL partnership.

NNPHL Online Course

The partners recognize the complexity of the challenges facing humanitarian actors today and the need for creative leadership to meet the needs of affected populations. Yet, few humanitarian training programs offer formal leadership training. NNPHL was designed to address this gap and to provide some of the resources emerging humanitarian leaders will need to realize their objectives. The NNPHL Online Course is taught by seasoned professionals and addresses a variety of topics including Adaptive Leadership for Humanitarians, Theories of Leadership, Introduction to Gender and Humanitarian Action, and Challenges in Humanitarian Security.

This e-learning course is open to anyone regardless of one’s experience, professional level or engagement with NNPHL (e.g., previous NNPHL applicants, and NNPHL Leadership Training alumni are able to take the e-learning course). No application is required for the NNPHL Online Course. The online course is available at no cost.

All are welcome to register today at www.nnphl.org to get started on a path to improved leadership skills and knowledge.
