Crystal Christian

In her role as Business Development Specialist, Crystal provides support for a diverse range of business development activities including but not limited to prospect research, funding opportunity tracking and management, and proposal development across Concern’s US government and US based-foundations portfolios in order to grow support for Concern international programs.

Previously, Crystal served in multiple roles at a non-profit dedicated to building youth leadership across some of the U.S’s most underserved public high schools through civic engagement initiatives. While there, she designed service-learning curriculum, led global service projects, and built new communication and campaign infrastructure that allowed students and staff to lead organizational growth.

Crystal holds a MSC in Humanitarian Action from University College Dublin (UCD) and a B. A in Humanitarian Studies from Fordham University. When not at work, Crystal she loves scoping out the city’s newest cafes.
